AZIMUT´s story
Topograpic Survey Company AZIMUT was established by Mr. Jiří Blábol in 1997. Thru following years, originally one-person company, grew very fast! By the year of 2004 company was transformed to Lld form and got new officail name: AZIMUT CZ s.r.o. At this stage, company already had about 10 stable co-workers.
Our main field is and always was – topographic surveying – at it´s finest!
In 2009 company AZIMUT CZ s.r.o. finished an acquisition of SFP s.r.o. seated at city of Plzeň. Photogrammetry became a new member of our provided services!
Next acquisition, in 2011, was company GEODÉZIE ENGINEERING s.r.o. – with this important step in our history, we have acquired many experienced professionals.
In paralell with our main topographic field, since 2010 we are developing our own web aplication – ISA (Information System of Azimut) and our own GIS system – GISA (Geographic Information System of Azimut). These products, and all related activities, were moved under company ISAX s.r.o. in 2018.
At the same time we have based company AZIMUT CONSULTING s.r.o., which is mainly focused od cadastral agenda.
From recent history company AZIMUT CZ s.r.o. has became a base member of Asociace podnikatelů v geomatice.
